We will do everything we can to ensure that you love what you get! We will always do our best to represent each item exactly as it would come to you. Please bear in mind, though, that handmade means that variations can and will occur if you are ordering multiple items of the same theme!
We appreciate prompt payment, and we accept most major credit cards and Paypal. When you are ready, checkout safely and securely with PayPal, whether you have an account or not!
Shipping
On already finished Art:
Unless otherwise specified, most orders ship within 3 business days!
On Custom Orders:
Production and shipping times vary, but most portraits take an average of 2-3 weeks to ship.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel after ordering:
Within 3 days: I will refund your full purchase price minus Paypal fees (3.5% of the purchase price).
Custom Orders:
After 72 hours: You will receive a 50% refund. Sometimes, there are special circumstances that might allow for more of a refund, depending on whether or not your portrait is in progress. Your refund will be processed with 72 hours of cancellation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Art Purchases:
If you are dissatisfied with your non-custom art purchase, you may return the item after it’s been shipped, undamaged, within 7 days, and I will happily issue you a store credit for use in any of my shops as follows:
Non-custom Art: 100% merchandise credit (minus 3.5% selling fees) for non custom artwork;
For custom orders: No returns accepted.

Copyright info
Even though this is a custom portrait of your pet, I still retain all rights to publish and reproduce any artwork created by me, unless agreed upon in writing before the purchase of your portrait. The use of your portrait for commercial publication is prohibited unless you have entered into a royalty agreement with me prior to use.
Further, by agreeing to order a custom portrait, you are acknowledging that you have pre-authorized me to use your personal photographs of your pet for my art process. You also agree that you have the right to use the photographs you are providing to me.
A little about me:
I feel really fortunate to be an artist, and to be in collections all over the place! I am eternally grateful for the support of amazing people all over the world! I’m a fine artist, decorative painter, writer and musician raised in the Pacific Northwest, currently residing in Atlanta, GA. I studied fine art and french in the US and France. My usual mediums include acrylic, watercolor and mixed media, but I like to experiment! I enjoy pop art and low brow as well as more traditional genres.
